Start Marketing will dig into your product and business to develop a framework for all of your outbound messaging. We will develop a market position, vision, target prospect, differentiators, and value propositions to optimize your go-to-market strategy.
We interview your team and review customer feedback and other market-facing internal documents, the website, competitors, influencers, and other outside market impactors. Our goal is to clearly define the purpose of your messaging, what you do, what value you provide, and how you are different.
Interim CMO
Start Marketing will, on a part-time basis, take on all of the responsibilities of your head of marketing, while leading an effort to find a long-term head of marketing solution. We will manage the team and develop and oversee the execution of a plan for engagement with target prospects, including customers, enterprises, partners, investors, media, and influencers. We will participate as a member of the leadership team, including communications, meetings, reviews, etc. We will define the requirements and lead the recruiting process for the long-term leader of marketing.
